2. Description of Service

FiF Music is a music distribution platform that enables artists to distribute their music to various streaming platforms worldwide. The service includes:

• Music distribution to 95+ streaming platforms globally
• Royalty collection and reporting
• ISRC and UPC code generation
• Content ID and rights management
• Analytics and reporting dashboards
• Artist support services

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of FiF Music, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Not upload or distribute copyrighted content without authorization

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, and materials on the FiF Music platform are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your submitted music content, but grant FiF Music a license to distribute such content from streaming platforms.

5. Payment and Refunds

FiF Music offers one-time lifetime plans. All payments are non-refundable except in cases where we are unable to deliver our services. Please contact support if you experience technical issues.

6. Limitation of Liability

FiF Music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in any unlawful activity. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be immediately revoked.
